 Every teacher that we hire: 

• Minimally has a Bachelors Degree in the Subject he/she teaches
• Minimally has at least 3 years of teaching experience
• Has good communication skills
• Is trained to follow the curriculum of the child’s school/state
• Is trained to follow on-line teaching etiquettes
• Is trained to identify and respect any social/cultural needs of the child
